Dr. Alfred T. Longo

Dr. Longo was born and raised in Bellevue, NE. He graduated from Creighton Prep, and Creighton University with a B.S. in Biology in 1974 and Creighton School of Dentistry in 1978. He specialized in both Pediatric dentistry (1980) and Orthodontics (1982) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he earned dual certificates and a Masters of Science degree in Oral Biology from Marquette University. In 2007, he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Longo has committed a lifetime of service to the profession. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Creighton University School of Dentistry in Pedodontic and Orthodontics since 1984 and was recognized with a service award for 25 years of teaching at Creighton University. He was awarded best table clinic by the WDA during residency and is a member of OKU Dental Honors Fraternity.

Dr. Longo is married to Ann (Zukaitis) Longo and has 3 children: Meghann who joined Longo Dietz Orthodontics in 2011, Patrick, a dentist in Milwaukee, WI and Elizabeth, who practices law in Milwaukee. Dr. Longo has been a member of Christ the King Parish since 1984 where he is a lector and distributes Holy Communion to the sick and shut-ins. In his free time, you will see him running and swimming.

Dr. Meghann Longo Dietz

Dr. Meghann was born and raised in Omaha, NE. She graduated Marian High School, St. Louis University Magna Cum Laude, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry with High Honors. She achieved her Masters of Science degree in Oral Biology and Orthodontic Specialty Certificate (2008) from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She worked as an orthodontist for 3 years in Wisconsin before joining Longo Dietz Orthodontics in 2011.

Meghann is married to Nick Dietz and they have three children Katherine, Charlie and Ellie.

Meghann is a member of Saint Vincent DePaul parish and is active in the American Dental Association (ADA), Nebraska Dental Association (NDA), American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Midwestern Society of Orthodontists (MSO), NSO, and the Omaha Study Club.
